Brilliant weekend, I’ve been several times and it keeps getting better and better, made up to see that it’s going ahead this year
Came last year and loved it, waiting in anticipation for this years Festival line up. Any idea on when it will be made public.
I moved from Liverpool some 42 years now, but I will NEVER miss a festival, unless
it’s cancelled. Please don’t do that again. Love it.
Great festival in a great City!
I have attended MSF without fail for the past 6 years. It is by far the best free event held in the UK that I know of. It appeals to all generations – you see whole families joining in together…mum/dad, kids and grandparents. People come from far and wide to just sit in the parks (some of the stages are next to parks), eat home-made sandwiches and enjoy the music and atmosphere. I will be going again this year, and the next…and the next…until (if at all) it is axed.
Went to the 2010 festival–First time for me–Started and stayed at Water St on the MOD Stage.. A fantastic day with AMAZING people and AMAZING live bands.. We deffo need that stage this year.. KTF… We are the MODS….
Myself and 3 friends travel down from Scotland every year especially for the Mathew Street Festival. Liverpool is a fantastic city, the natives are very friendly and welcoming and if you are a music fan, its fantastic. Can wait for August 2011. We have already booked our train and hotel!
